Clayton Industries currently offers Fired Steam Generators and Fluid Heater Steam Generators for sale. They range in 18 sizes from 15 to 2000 Boiler Horsepower (150 to 20,000 kW) and 518 to 69,000 pounds of steam per hour ( 235 to 37,300 kg/hr). These controlled-flow water-tube boiler units are built to appropriate national and local standards, using high quality materials and workmanship. Units are designed to burn natural gas, propane, light oil and heavy oil, as well as a combination of these fuels. These steam generators are available for sale with steam design pressures up to 3000 psig. Two product lines of steam generators are offered. One line covers from 15 to 200 BHP (150 to 1,962 kW) or 518 to 6,900 pounds per hour (235 to 3,130 kg/hr). The other covers 150 to 2000 BHP (1,472 to 20,000 kW) or 5,175 to 69,000 pounds per hour (2,347 to 37,300 kg/hr).

A special Superheat Steam Generator version of the E-Series Steam Generator is offered that provides superheated steam and is available in a variety of sizes from 200 to 1000 BHP (1,962 to 9,810 kW) for a range of steam pressures and temperatures.

Clayton also offers an unfired line of Waste Heat and Exhaust Gas Steam Generators in a wide variety of configurations and sizes. This product line features many of the same benefits as our fired units and can also be used in combination with fired units.

All our units can be supplied with complete Feedwater Treatment Systems and with factory Skid Mounting to reduce field installation costs.
