These files are in Adobe Portable Document (PDF) format and Acrobat Reader is required to view them. Acrobat Reader may be downloaded free from Adobe's web site at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

Select the file(s) you wish to download and then select "Download Now".

Most files are available with two image quality levels, indicated by the suffix "-L" for Low resolution and "-H" for Higher resolution. Low resolution is recommended for low speed internet access, such as via a telephone modem, and Higher resolution is recommended for high speed access. Files will be downloaded in a compressed (.zip) format and must be uncompressed before viewing.

Some browsers, such as, Netscape Navigator, may add a ".jsp" extension when downloading the file. This extension must be removed, either before, or after downloading. It can be removed after downloading by renaming the file to remove the ".jsp" extension.
