Founded in 1930, Clayton Industries pioneered the development of controlled circulation Steam Generators, a type of Water Tube Boiler, starting with very small capacity units (8 BHP). Today, Clayton builds Generators and Fluid Heaters that range in size from 20 to 750 BHP. These compact, fuel-efficient, units offer many advantages and are installed individually or in multiples in some of the large plants in the world today. From the basic Steam Generator, Clayton has expanded its product line to include a series of Waste Heat and Exhaust Gas boilers for the Marine, Co-Generation, and industrial furnace markets. Like the Steam Generators, these boilers offer unique advantages in these applications. Clayton has developed models for specific industries such as the Oil and Gas Industry for use on offshore oil rigs and Thermal Enhanced Oil Recovery (TEOR). Superheat Units are also available in a variety of sizes, pressures, and temperatures. To complement the line of fired Steam Generators and Waste Heat Boilers, Clayton offers a complete line of feedwater components that, together with the Steam Generators and Waste Heat Boilers, are offered in a variety of factory packaged and skid-mounted configurations. A Rental Fleet of Skid-Mounted Steam Systems generally includes units in the range of 33 to 200 BHP. The Steamin' Demon is a portable and versatile hydro steam cleaner that is used with existing steam lines to provide an economical means of cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance. The Chemical Division supplies a complete line of boiler feedwater treatment chemicals. Chemical sales and service personnel are available for consultation on water treatment issues and also provide feedwater monitoring services to help ensure that your boiler feedwater and cooling water are maintained to the proper standards.
Clayton's world-class products are enhanced by the only factory-trained and employed Service team in Clayton?s market segments. Currently, Clayton has over a hundred service points all over the world. |
